Hello. I had weird freezes on the exact same places in Cyberpunk 2077. I did almost everything. Graphics low or ultra, enabling resizable bar or disabling. Nothing.

The thing is on my old motherboard had troubles enabling XMP because my ram sticks are different a bit. So I had custom made voltage and mhz only set to make it work in 3200 and 1.35. I thought everything would be managed on auto. It did work though, ram was running now in 3200 instead of 2600.

Now I tried and enabled XMP on this new motherboard and it worked. Game has been smooth since then.

I have no idea what changed really.

Oh I also disabled above 4G and resizable bar but toggling them on or off without doing this XMP thing did nothing in past for that issue.

My question is what changed RAM wise? I mean I had it running in 3200mhz and 1.35V two hours ago and in past set manually and enablidng XMP is doing the same thing I guess but difference is there.

I mean manual 1.35V and 3200 worked I guess and I left the rest of timings on auto but I had those awful freezes. What else did XMP changed I had to take attention to when doing manual “overlock”?
