Ive had my Asus Dual 2080TI OC for almost 7 years now, its been a very good GPU, earlier this week i replaced the fans on it since the bearings were going bad in one of them and im most likely going to re-paste it again sooner or later but ive always wondered if it was worth taking the backplate off and adding thermal pads + cutting a hole to expose the back of the GPU core to stop heat reflecting back onto the die, has anyone done this if so was it worth it? and lastly one of the non spring loaded screws on the back has been almost completely mauled having to fight it to get it undone and im not sure where to get new ones or what parts number they are so if anyone knows please let me know, thankyou.
