A new Deathwing and the Cataclysm are coming to Hearthstone.
In the previous expansion, at the height of a crisis, Murozond shattered the Hourglass of Time and opened a portal to a timeline in which Deathwing had triumphed. The undefeated Worldbreaker has now arrived in Azeroth. Deathwing appears alongside powerful Dragonkin lieutenants wielding the returning keyword Colossal and a new keyword, Herald, which further empowers Colossal minions. Preparing for the impending battle, Chromie rallies the dragonflights and calls upon Thrall to help stop the Worldbreaker. Can Azeroth survive the coming Cataclysm?
On March 18, 2026, rally the dragonflights and confront Deathwing in Hearthstone’s new expansion, CATACLYSM. Inven Global introduces one of the expansion’s new Legendary cards, Vyranoth.
Reach a Total Cost of 100? New Legendary Card, Vyranoth, Revealed

◇ Card Name: Vyranoth
◇ Class: Neutral
◇ Rarity: Legendary
◇ Type: Minion (Elemental)
◇ Mana cost: 6
◇ Effect: Battlecry: If the total cost of minions in your starting deck is exactly 100, distribute 100 stats among the minions in your deck.
Vyranoth, one of the Primal Incarnates, makes her debut in Hearthstone. This Legendary Elemental minion features a unique condition-based effect that activates only when the combined cost of minions in your starting deck is exactly 100. The requirement must be met precisely, neither above nor below 100.
If the requirement is met, Vyranoth distributes a total of 100 stats among the minions remaining in your deck. For instance, if the effect applies to 20 minions in a 30-card deck, each would gain roughly +5 stats on average. As an Elemental minion, Vyranoth also benefits from existing Elemental synergies.
The card strongly recalls Prince Keleseth from the Knights of the Frozen Throne set and can generate tremendous value as early as turn six if its condition is satisfied. Like Keleseth, however, it also requires significant deck-building concessions to activate.
A Vyranoth-Focused Deck Required: Massive Swing Potential if Conditions Are Met
Vyranoth demands that your deck’s total minion cost equal exactly 100, effectively requiring a purpose-built deck. Achieving this typically results in an average cost of around 3.3, which can make the deck somewhat heavy and is a notable drawback.
However, once constructed within that constraint, Vyranoth can dramatically enhance the stats of every minion in the deck. A total of +100 stats represents a massive boost across the board, making early activation extremely rewarding. Conversely, playing Vyranoth later in the game may concentrate those stats among fewer remaining minions, potentially creating even more threatening individual units.
Including certain high-cost minions can also make it easier to reach the exact 100-cost requirement while enabling strategies that funnel the stat bonuses into specific targets. This opens the door to creative and potentially explosive combos built around the card. Build a dedicated Vyranoth deck and stand against the new Deathwing.
