This has been an issue for me for a VERY long time and I never found a fix. I've asked in this sub before and instead of actual help, I got jokes or empty comments. I am BEGGING…. please no jokes or bullshit. Because this has genuinely been a problem for me every time I play. I shouldn't have to lose eye sight from just walking past someone.
As you can see, this issue happens with NPCs. So far, it's happened with the Dogtown vendor shown in the video, one of the Voodoo boys residing in Dogtown, and another street vendor in a white t-shirt.
The only mod I have that affects NPCs is No More Duplicate NPCs made by MisterChedda (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/15585).
