Apparently he's considered an enemy, and when I scanned him it says he is a Scav.
But what's he doing here defeated (but still alive)? in arguably the quietest area in the game leaning on a very expensive destroyed car.
some kids are also throwing rocks at him I think /but they don't show up on photo mode
