RTX 4080, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, native 1440p, variable rate shading off, game looks absolutely atrocious. The first image is the visuals at 1440p while standing still. The entire image is blurry to the point where if my teammates didn't have little dots above their heads you couldn't even tell they were people. The second image is spectating somebody in motion while the game is rendered at 5194×2174 internally. The already blurry image somehow manages to blur even more when moving or watching somebody in motion, the entire picture quality stabilizes after a second when stopped again. It looks incredibly bad, motion blur is disabled, depth of field is disabled, any form of screen effects are disabled.

The multiplayer and zombies portion of Black Ops 7 does not suffer from this blur effect EXCEPT for Endgame which has the same blur issue. Whenever I watch somebody's console gameplay on YouTube their game looks significantly sharper while being a compressed 1440/4K YouTube video. There is something fundamentally wrong with the picture quality on the PC version of this game when playing any sort of large map and it doesn't seem to be a universal issue based on my time looking this up.

If anybody has any possible solutions that aren't just using any sharpeners/upscalers, it would be appreciated. I've tried all of them and the only one that makes any form of a difference is DLSS with Transformer but that still isn't optimal as the quality drops too much with large distance or while players are in foliage/darkness. 150% render resolution without upscalers should not appear this bad but for whatever reason the game looks like vaseline.
