Forget Zombies Chronicles — imagine Call of Duty: Black Ops III map remakes and cut content with modern Zombies mechanics and engine.

I don’t want Buried or Transit remakes; the modern-reference ones are better anyway, and they should’ve done it in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, tbh. But BO7 kind of makes sense since we get hella BO2 references in BO4 and 7. Forgetting that, BO4 Definitely could’ve redone Transit — especially with engine limits — etc. But honestly, I don’t care for BO2 or BO1 remakes; we have, like, 30 remakes of them, lmao. We have Mob Five — basically all BO1 maps. BO2 didn’t get a chance to reshine, but forget it for now.

I would absolutely love if we got a Revelations remake with the modern Zombies mechanics: returning BO3/4 weapons, futuristic and old wonder weapons (Thunder Gun), other stuff, etc. BO3 wonder weapons — Apothicon Servant, Skull of Nan Spawe, lil’ Arnies — f— it, bring back everything: bows, Origins staffs, Apothicon Keeper swords, anything in this Revelations remake, with all the cut content they would have put in the game. They clearly want to remake Revelations with all the mixed rock/space maps. Bring back Keepers, Apothicons, furies, meatballs, etc. Keeper protector — bring it all back.

F— it, bring back Robert Picardo, Malcolm McDowell, and Nolan North (maybe use the new voice actors?), and reuse the unused announcer voice lines from BO3 so people can choose/spawn on sides — eight-player modes? Also, they can easily make a Great War map with the engine of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and modern CoD and Call of Duty: Warzone mechanics. We can easily get the Great War map for the end of the Dark Aether saga — something like this has to happen. An open-world, large-scale war concept filled with special enemies and mini-bosses can literally happen; with all the nostalgia bait, they might as well do this before replanning Zombies for the next games. It has to happen in BO7 — they can do this: no more engine limits, Warzone-like stuff. Also they can use this to separate all CoDs again and reset the multiverse for real this time. This would work so well now.

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind cut Chaos Zombies content either — we see that in BO6, 7 and Vanguard references to it — so they might as well give us a crossover of Chaos and either bring back the Chaos actors. Add some Greek mythology stuff; give us the cut maps. I would really have this over the remakes we keep getting or the new maps that don’t hit. Basically, this can realistically work, and I know the community would go crazy. Also bring back Jason Blundell and Jimmy, or at least get their notes or direction for the story and how to end it like this. The Dark Aether saga has to conclude, and with the modern engine they can do it epically — especially with all the stuff they wanted for BO4 and BO3. They might as well do this, especially with all the nostalgia fan service they give out.

Honestly, if they’re going to keep reusing assets with the concept of Outbreak, I wouldn’t mind if we got a remake of the Blackout map from BO4 — the apocalypse Z version — as a full-scale Outbreak-style Zombies map with special enemies from BO3 and BO4 Chaos, and either Margwa, Gignees, etc. I wouldn’t mind Nightmares Mode 2, tbh; they had it planned for BO4, and I liked original Nightmares because of the sci-fi and Zombies mix. It had Greek mythology meet Lovecraftian mythology, and with the Chaos story and Aether elements existing in one universe, that proves my point: Nightmares was supposed to be some sort of bridge between Chaos and Aether. I wish we got cut BO4 content in BO4, but BO7 has the potential to be the greatest Zombies experience ever if, with their new engine, they release the cut content in this game.

Give us the Egypt map for real — cut for Chaos. Maybe bring back Kortifex or something; give us an Atlantis map or R’lyeh map: Perseus meets an Apothicon, or something. Explain the Dark Aether gods and how the Keepers got corrupted, and have them interact with elder creature-gods like Kortifex and the others. Explain how humans get Dark Aether god powers like Zykov/Forsaken. Also, Chaos gods could either be retconned or exist alongside the Dark Aether gods; with Inviktor mentioned, Hephaestus (who exists in the BO4 Chaos story), and the Chaos gods inspiring the myths themselves — maybe we can get some of that. Just an epic conclusion to the stories, and maybe we get a new one from here on out?

Mermaid mini-bosses on an Atlantis map?

I wouldn’t mind a frozen-forest BO3-themed Zombies map; that was so cool, and Nightmares Mode had it with Apothicon meatballs in it as well. They could easily call it Mallum / The Frozen Forest. The Area of Life and Death in Nightmares Mode can tie in the stories of Chaos and Aether. Maybe also bring back Corvus or Deimos or something, with the idea of campaign and Zombies mixing — which I kind of like. It’s not hitting in Endgame for BO7 for some reason; I gotta play the mode more. But basically, have it tie in the idea of being half-dead — afterlife Zombies lore — and the sci-fi mixed-reality lore, which we kind of have but could’ve executed better.

Also, robots vs. Zombies and stuff would be kind of cool. I liked them mixing that in BO3 Nightmares Mode in Life and also in BO3 Shadows of Evil — the GI unit is reskinned to the Civil Protector, plus we get the dog in Zombies as a craftable, so that’s nice. I like the idea of weird speculative steampunk-ish WW2 tech (like the Zombies story Origins) meeting modern-day pseudo-realistic tech in BO3, BO4, and BO7 now.

“We’ve thrown this universe into anarchy. Demigods, Sirens, Titans, Deities alike will go to war.”

“This is an inter-dimensional convergence. Other galaxies, other realities are bleeding into our own.”

Wouldn’t mind an all-out intergalactic war, atp.

This would also include new modes. There would be certain rounds with just special enemies — a special-enemy-only mode where you fight Apothicons and Greek-mythology-like creatures. No returning enemies from Cold War — only returning enemies from past games: Apothicons, Keepers, Greek-mythology-like creatures.

Like the Orda boss from Cold War, you would get to fight giant Apothicons or fight the giant Keepers from the ending of BO4 cutscenes — similar to Der Eisendrache or Kortifex boss fights. Der Eisendrache dragon bosses return, the OG Panzers, I guess?

Also, this will include war vehicles: tanks and the badass A51 APC to kick Margwa ass. Oh my God, the stuff I wanted from BO4 and BO3 can happen — please, Treyarch, this has to be it!!! 2035 is the year that the APC was produced too, so it can literally happen, specifically with the new mechanics!

A full-scale ground-war mode with choosing Dr. Monty, Shadow Man side, or Keeper/Apothicon side — like Blackout? They can literally do all of it!

I wouldn’t mind an entire map of reused assets like Revelations in the style of Outbreak or Cold War, where you get an area with the dragon bosses there — similar to the haunting event of Modern Warfare 2, which was way better than MWZ, lol. But no — I’m just realizing that all the stuff I wanted for BO4 can happen in BO7. Oh my God, Treyarch, please.

Also give some BO6 weapons to explain the universes mixing up.

This can potentially be the best Zombies experience ever if they do it right, lol.

“Bring back the multiverse,” in line with the idea of separating the CoDs again and making a non-merged universe. Maybe the Warden wins?
