In early January I caught wind of the RAM shortage and immediately upgraded my whole system to hold out a few more years. That left me with a spare Radeon 6950 XT, Ryzen 7 5800x and 16 GB of solid ddr4 3600 cl16 which I was going to sell until my wife mentioned wanting a PS5 (I took personal offense to that)

A new Mobo, case, cooler and PSU later and I gave her a more powerful console that's future proof through upgrades, mod friendly, aesthetic, has cheaper games and can be used to do real work.

I present, the Matcha Machine!

P.S. It has since been plugged into a surge protector. I was just really excited to try it out immediately.
