I get the prime when You could get it for reach max rank in csgo in 2019, i stop playing cs in 2023 because My old PC can't run cs2 and i get a new one in 2025 but , i not longer have My prime status and My ranks are locked,u can see that i have rank and the medal of service of 2023, i try to contact support but they just told me that i have to buy prime , i don't wanna expend 15$ if is a way to get back My prime i'm actually a active player in the Game im not a farming box // skins account or something like that
