Once you have found and collected all 10 vials spread across the islands in Fisch, return to Nurse May and talk to her. She will ask you to catch the following fish from Sweetheart Shores:
2 Kissing Gourami
2 Heart Cookie
1 Heart Sand Dollar
Once you get these from the waters of the Sweetheart Shores, interact with Nurse May again, and she will reward you with the Cerebra Rod.
