Have not updated AsRock bios since 3.4, which is now 4 bios further on 4.07 which is 2-3 new AGESA editions (now on 1.3.0.0)

With so many changes to windows 11, AGESA, Bios, etc i figured time to redo the PC and start fresh. Trying to get 6200:1:1 now and wondering what i did wrong to still have near 70ns latency with 0.8 L1cache. thank you.
