SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant men’s basketball team makes the trip to Burlington on Saturday to take on Vermont at Patrick Gymnasium. Tip is set for 2:00 p.m.

THE SERIES
Bryant is 2-7 all-time vs Vermont, including a 1-5 record since joining the America East.
Last season, the two teams split the regular season series, with Bryant winning 73-53 at the Chace and Vermont taking a 59-55 victory in Burlington.
This season, the Catamounts built a 30-17 halftime lead and then held off the Bulldogs for a 62-52 victory at the Chace in January.
BRYANT IN FOURTH SEASON OF AMERICA EAST PLAY
Bryant is in its fourth season of America East play this year.
The Bulldogs are 37-22 league play, including a 29-13 mark over the last 2+ seasons.
Bryant went 14-2 last season, winning its first America East Regular Season title.
FIRST TIME OUT VS VERMONT
Vermont held Bryant to 3-of-22 in the first half, building what proved to be an insurmountable 13-point lead at the break.
Bryant rebounded to shoot 52 percent in the second half, closing the deficit to five before Vermont put the game away with a trio of back-breaking threes.
BULLDOGS FALL TO UMASS LOWELL ON THURSDAY
Two big runs for UMass Lowell proved to be the difference as the River Hawks earned an 88-69 victory on Thursday.
UML opened the game with a 30-12 run in the first eight minutes and then outscored Bryant 27-14 in the first nine minutes of the second half.
Keegan Harvey led Bryant with 28 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.
RUDOVSKII AMONG ELITE COMPANY
Timofei Rudovskii has recorded four 20-point games this season, joining Alex Francis (6), Nisre Zouzoua (5), Adam Grant (4) and Marcel Pettway (4) as the only freshmen in DI program history with as many as four in a season.
He also is just the sixth player (Francis, Zouzoua, Grant, Pettway and Joe Kasperzyk) to record 300+ points in a season as a freshmen and joins Francis as the only freshmen to have as many as 20 double-digit scoring efforts as a freshmen. Francis had 22, while Rudovskii recorded his 21st of the season on Thursday.
FIVE MORE THINGS TO KNOW
Timofei Rudovskii leads Bryant in scoring with 13.3 ppg overall and 15.1 ppg in league play. He is averaging 2.5 3pFG per game in league play, which ransk second.
Aaron Davis III is second on Bryant with 13.2 ppg in America East play. He is shooting a team-best 39 percent from three on the year, having averaged 2.4 3pFG per game in league play. Davis is now 41-of-98 from three over his last 15 games after being held without a 3pFG on Thursday at UML.
Keegan Harvey has posted double figures in seven of the last eight games and is 55-of-92 (60 percent) from the field over his last 12 games. Harvey is averaging 12.0 ppg in America East play after scoring a career high 28 points (0-14 FG, 3-5 3pFG, 7-9 FT) on Thursday at UML. He added 10 rebounds for his second double-double of the season.
Harvey’s 28 points were the most in a double-double performance since Daniel Rivera posted 29 and 12 at UML in 2024. The most points in a double-double in program history came from Charles Pride whe he dropped a program record 44 to go along with 12 rebounds at Saint Francis U on Feb. 3, 2022.
Khalil Williams shined in his first collegiate start vs Maine, setting career highs in points (15) and threes (4). He also added four boards and three assists. He followed that up with 10 points and a career-high six assists at UML on Thursday.
A BIT ABOUT VERMONT
Vermont is 16-10 overall and 8-3 in America East play. The Catamounts earned a 73-65 victory at Binghamton on Thursday.
Vermont fifth in scoring (70.7) and first in scoring defense (64.5) in league play. The Catamounts also average a league best 8.5 3pFG per game.
TJ Hurley, who had 26 in the first meeting with Bryant, is averaging 18.1 ppg in league play. He averages 2.9 3pFG game, collecting at least three in six of the last eight games.
Gus Yalden averages 14.2 and 6.5 in league play.
