I finally pulled the trigger and bought Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam for $20. That’s basically my weekly salary over here so it wasn’t a small decision for me but I trust the game will deliver.
The last time I played it was at launch on PS4… and yeah, it wasn’t great back then. But I’ve been seeing a lot of positive things about the updates and 2.0 overhaul, and now I have a PC so I’m really excited to experience it properly.
The only thing holding me back right now is the DLC. I keep seeing people say the game really shines with Phantom Liberty and that it feels “complete” with it The DLC is also on sale at the moment
My question is:
Should I buy the DLC now while it’s discounted, even though I haven’t replayed the base game yet?
Or is the base game alone strong enough to fully enjoy on its own?
