Took some tips from the other day and applied them for this test. Actually loosened timings and decreased latency moved down voltage further on SOC and VDD/Q as well as moving flck up to 2200.
Decreased voltages further and am now doing a 2 hour test with 1usmus. If it passes again I may try tightening further.
Skyrim and OpenMW seem to prefer ram speed vs overall bandwidth for 1% lows.
