Hello everybody!
I haven't opened CS in the past month or so, and when I tried to play a few days ago I noticed some stutters. I thought it was my internet, but then I noticed the frame time spiking to some high values.
I've played this game for almost 10 years now, and I didn't have this problem before 🙁
I tried all sorts of things:
– set affinity to P cores
– cap the frame rate in nvidia control panel
– clear the directx shader cache
– clean reinstall of CS2
None of those worked
I used CapFrameX in order to get a better view of what's happening
Does anyone have a fix for this?
My Specs:
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070
CPU: intel i7-12700
RAM: DDR 16 GB
