To participate, without a VPN, set your windows language to Simplified Chinese and your time zone to Beijing. If using a VPN, you can skip the language/timezone setting and VPN straight to Seoul to access the event.
When booting the game, while at the main menu at PLAY -> NORMAL, a banner will appear in the top-right for the event. See 2nd picture.

There are numerous cosmetics as well as 4 additional loot crates with both temporary and permanent items available in them.
You can also spend 800 Spring Tokens on a Lucky G-COIN Crate.
Every week on 2/20, 2/27, and 3/6, the amount of Lucky G-COIN Crates that can be purchases in this way is increased by 1; if you haven't purchased any Lucky G-COIN Crates yet in this way by week 4, you'll have 4 available for purchase.
