Hello. For some reason on my account I cannot set a region subdivision for ranked titles. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve contacted support four times now and all they give is the same bot response.
I have uninstalled-reinstalled the game.
I have checked location services permissions (there are none).
I have reset the settings on the title screen.
I have changed my region three times to different locations where I KNOW subdivisions are available.
Basically, I have done everything.
Please, see the screenshots. It’s not available in my Social Player Card not in the Privacy & Social Settings.
Has anyone encountered this problem and how did you solve it? Thanks.
