Goliath|JabhiM is one of the 48 competitors that qualified for the Capcom Cup 12, cementing recognition as one of the best players in the world right now in Street Fighter 6. He was able to achieve this using Terry Bogard, a character that is generally recognized as being around high tier or top tier in Season 3.
It would seem that JabhiM recently opted to release his personal match up chart for Terry Bogard just prior to the Capcom Cup 12 event. This provides us a look at just how strong Terry feels in the current meta right now.
It’s interesting to highlight how Terry has particularly favorable match ups against JP, Ken and Marisa. The match up against JP will likely prove very useful at Capcom Cup 12 since JP is regarded as one of the strongest characters in the game.
Terry also seems to perform well against Mai, Elena, C. Viper, A.K.I. and several other fighters. Of course, most of Terry’s match ups have been labeled as being relatively even for the Fatal Fury guest.
However, it should be noted that Terry will have an uphill battle against Cammy, Ryu and Manon. Of these three, Ryu is particularly relevant right now.
The biggest hurdle for Terry, however, is Akuma. JabhiM has labeled Akuma as being Terry’s most difficult match up.
