Recently I came across a post of someone reaching level 60 before ever even meeting Dex. That inspired me, but I wanted to take it a step further and do one where I reach 60 before even talking to Jackie at Misty's.
I have done every NCPD scanner hustle, every gig from Regina and I have pretty much killed every Tyger Claw, Scav and Maelstromer at least twice, probably more. Safe to say, I have failed, because this is as far as I'm willing to milk this. There's only so many grenades you can throw at Dex' car.
