I've been using this setup for a few years now, and it works great for my workflow as a C++ software developer.

Ergonomics is my top priority, and I don't get any neck pain because I just have to move my eyes up and down. With limited space, I had to do a lot of DIY to keep the desk as clean and distraction-free as possible. I came up with some workarounds to free up room, like stashing the audio interface, a USB hub, and the cable for my in-ear monitors under the desk.

That 8mm-thick, 25x60cm glass panel over the laptop isn't fixed in place – it's just resting on custom aluminum supports, and there's a 3mm gap between the glass and the laptop, which is enough to let the heat dissipate.

The 32" 4K monitors are mounted on a custom bracket bolted directly to the desk top.

I haven't figured out how to tidy up the cables any better, so ideas are welcome.

The plants are real: a ZZ plant and a snake plant.

Next up, I'd like to add some backlighting to bring a bit of color to the whole setup.
