So I fought off some Valentinos who were just in a skirmish against Militech, both sides having significant casualties, and I didn't notice this dude until after I killed them all. He didn't help his buddies, he just sat there mourning this woman.. it's not like he didn't see me killing them because I wasn't even being stealthy.. he just didn't care.
