Since I moved house, I don't have a battlestation at home, as my office is close to home, I spend most of my time working here and just monitor stuff at home on laptop or phone/ipad.
So regarding my office… The room is great, the light and view are perfect and I have a laptop hooked up to a Dell 40" ultrasharp with Logitech Streamcam webcam/ Creative speakers/ Keychron Q6 keyboard and some charging ports all hooked up to a HP Hub. So when I come to the office I plug one cable into my laptop and I'm good to go.
What I'm not really happy with is the overall room layout. The photo is taken from the door, so when someone comes in they see my head behind the screen and the room looks messy for sure. I don't have a massive budget for furniture, but I would definitely like a bigger corner desk as well as some better storage/display solutions. However, I do deal with a fair amount of confidential data so I don't want people to see my screen from the door or internal window (to the left of the image). In that sense Having my seating position in the corner creates "zones" that do work quite well.
The room is occasionally used as a meeting room too (I participate in most of the meetings), and when it is not, the large table is pushed to the wall.
I'd be very grateful if you could shoot me some ideas or inspiration, whether AI or not!
