When I was undervolting my 5600, I couldnt install ryzen master so I used other apps like hwinfo. I didnt keep my perfect undervolt values so long cuz when I look my CPU values it was running static voltage-clock speed without taking a breath even in zero load, at least hwinfo said like that, also everyone was saying same thing. But now when I set static clock-voltage, my CPU dosent work static in idle according to the ryzen master while other apps says opposite. Which one is true?

Until now, I thought undervolting was bad because I believed it prevented the CPU from running at low performance-sleeping thing. Is it wrong?
