I don't remember what I did on my main playtrough, I thought I sided with NetWatch but I heard this wipes them out from the map. I keep seeing them and also did the quests on Phantom Liberty when you encounter them multiple times.
Can someone explain me how the lore changes? Can they actually be estiperd or can they actually go behind the black wall?
