Hey guys, I have a MSI b650M gaming plus wifi, and a set of corsair vengeance ram (2×16, 6000mhz, cl36), that are paired with a 7800x3d. The thing is, my build is not stable with xmp turned on default settings, as im having crashes in games and errors in programs like TestMem5 and OOCT.

After lowering my frequency to 5600mhz (with xmp turned on), the system seems to be stable, but i wonder if im losing a lot of performance on lowering those 400mhz without messing with the XMP default latency/timings.

I would rather not have to mess with those, but if someone with knowledge says that i'm losing a considerable performance by not tightening the timings to match the lower frequency (5600mhz), i would be willing to mess with it.

Thx in advance.

Btw, the timings with xmp on and the frequency manually set to 5600mhz are:
