I had recently played the Ashes of the Damned map and was going for the Necrofluid Gaunlet and during the Klaus step, upon throw the stun grenades I've noticed a familiar jingle plays. This may be a fun easter egg but as of someone who loves both the zombies and campaign it made me wonder.
Correct me if I'm wrong in the comments but as of Cold War zombies the campaign and Dark Aether are connected through maps, easter eggs, and lore drops.
Long story short I want to know if Klaus is basically the early prototype of the Reaper (EWR-115) unit we see in Black Ops 3. And probably the other units across the Black Ops campaign and Multiplayer. Not just from the name alone but the fact that Klaus and Reaper have somewhat of sentience, and the fact that the Coalescence/Guild jingle plays pre their existence in the timeline that I know of. It may be a nothing burger but I hope this gets explained for both sides of the community.
In the video I have placed a hand full of examples of connections.
1. BO7 (Zombies) Klaus awaking step
2. BO3 (Campaign) Hypocenter plays jingle
3. BO7 (Campaign) Guild TV plays jingle
4. BO3 Loading screen plays jingle with Coalescence symbol
5. BO3 Reaper (EWR-115) with the name
