You can be the most talented player in the world, but if you’re not humble enough to make your teammates feel comfortable, you create an environment where toxicity rules
That’s why I don’t think he’s out of tier 1 because of skill. He’s out of tier 1 because of who he is and what he brings (or doesn’t bring) to a team environment.
