I built a new PC at the end of 2024 (RX7900XT, R75800X3D) and just had this one sitting around collecting dust since then. I told my nephew several months ago that I’d give him my old PC as a bday gift because I wasn’t using it anymore. I haven’t paid attention to component prices since my recent build so to say I was surprised when I was checking up on prices is a bit of an understatement.
The kid’s 14 and this will be his first PC ever and he’s getting an RX7800XT, R75800x with 64gb of Corsair 3600mhz CL18 RAM. He better fuckin enjoy it…
