I get over 240fps, around 250ish max cap while my monitors refresh rate is at 240hz.
still sometimes my game feels not smooth at all and other times it does?
I play on competitive settings on 1:1 res, 1440px1440p.
My monitors adaptive sync or any additive gaming settings are disabled except hdr mode which enhances the colour of my screen and low input lag which is turned on.
My Radeon settings are visible on the screenshot provided, 1 screenshot is my global display settings the other is counterstrike specific.
What is causing my issue?
