Hey, what's up? This is Trøxz, I'm a content creator and I've lost my PUBG Mobile account that I've had for 9 YEARS.
The Gmail address, Facebook profile, and phone number associated with the account have been deleted.
I never clicked on any links or fell for the typical "click here to get skins" scams, which is really upsetting. It's unbelievable that in 2026 this kind of thing is still happening—that someone from "Russia" with a completely different IP address could come along, delete all the logins associated with the account, change the nickname, and steal it so easily, when SUPPOSEDLY the account had two-factor authentication and was "protected" against all types of hacking. IT'S ABSURD.
This definitely speaks to the poor security that PUBG MOBILE offers its users.
I'm looking for a solution, to get my account back, to get the nickname change sticker, and for this to be resolved because it's unacceptable that these things are still happening.
I have gameplay footage, videos, screenshots, payment receipts, and absolutely EVERYTHING that proves that this is MY ACCOUNT.
