I’m pretty new to Counterstrike… But this doesn’t feel like it should be happening. Surely bullet spray isn’t this bad?

As you can see, I ended up just giving up when I realised that it wasn't working haha. My ping's all fine, and this kind of shooting-right-at-their-head-with-nothing-happening thing has been happening more than just this instance.
