My Zotac Mini RTX 2070 is doing some weird stuff.
in the photos the power limit is raised all the way to 114% and the limit is supposed to be 200W, but the card power throttles before the Total Board Power reaches the limit, so I looked at the sensor readings and found that the GPU Chip power consumption (OR the NVVDD Input power in HWINFO) was at the limit of 200w. The same thing happens with the stock settings and Power limit of 175W.
How can the Total board power be lower than the chip power? Is there something wrong with the card's sensors or am I missing something?
The card doesn't clock like other cards from the same model. Wouldn't that mean the card is pulling less wattage and the Chip power is the one which's messed up?
