Save $700 on Samsung’s award-winning ultrawide Odyssey G9 gaming monitor — a QD-OLED panel and dual QHD resolution gives you two monitors in one

Grab one rather large and luxurious monitor for your gaming and work setup. Usually retailing at Amazon for an average list price of $1,283, Samsung’s Odyssey OLED G9 (G93SC) is on sale for just $899, a huge cut in price from its original MSRP of $1,599. The price of this large monitor does fluctuate up and down regularly, so it’s best to catch it when it hits its lowest prices – like today. According to the Amazon price checking website CamelCamelCamel, $898 is the lowest ever price seen for this monitor, but we have also seen this Samsung screen for $879 thanks to a coupon offer that doesn’t seem to show on the tracking website.

Many people now use multiple monitor setups at their desks for either gaming or work, and this can require that you not only have a large desk to house all the screens, but also a variety of monitor arms to support them, freeing up desk space from all the monitor stands. Two monitors seem to be the sweet spot on a desk for both screen real estate and available space, but do consider the ultrawide screens that give you the equivalent of two monitors side by side, but with only one stand, or one monitor arm, and no bezels in the middle of your view.

If the Samsung Odyssey G9 G93SC QD-OLED is slightly above your budget, or you’re worried about switching to an OLED panel, and fancy sticking with Samsung’s VA LCD technology, then their other 49-inch ultrawide QHD monitor is also on sale. The Samsung Odyssey G9 (G91F) is available for just $699, a $200 lower price than the OLED variant, but keeping many features of the above monitor, and only differing in panel technology performance.
