I’m new to pc stuff so I’m thinking of getting a prebuilt is this one good it’s from Newegg I heard some mixed reputation, want it for high level gaming, possibly to stream and record, seems like it’s able to be used outside the box? Hoping not to buy any extra stuff for it to boot up, ik I need a keyboard and mouse and monitor.
