Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

RAM: Lexar LD5U16G60C36LG-RGD

Motherboard: AsRock B850M-X Wifi

When I first built my PC and tried to overclock the RAM to 6000MT/s with EXPO1, the computer did a double restart (or double post) and reverted the RAM speeds to 4800MT/s. The same happened when I tried an XMP profile or changed the DRAM performance modes to aggressive or competitive.

So I decided to use the same EXPO profile but dropped the speed down to 5200MT/s (5600 came up with the same issue), which could get my PC to boot and run at 5200, but more RAM heavy games would crash within 10minutes of running.

Hence I decided to do a memtest on the sticks of RAM and test 8 came up with 50 errors when run at 5200MT/s, but when I dropped the speed back to 4800MT/s, no errors came back for both sticks. I then took it back to the shop the next day where they showed me that both sticks could boot at 6000MT/s

At this point I don’t even know what’s causing the issue and what’s making the EXPO settings unstable. I f any of y’all know a cause or solution to this, that’ll be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
