Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino in Florida will celebrate its first anniversary with concerts and promotions from the end of January through March.

The hotel and casino opened its doors on February 6, and became the first four-star resort in the Lake Okeechobee region. It replaced Seminole Casino Brighton, which opened in 1980.

“We’re excited about all the forthcoming celebratory activities,” Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino General Manager Marty Johns said in a statement. “It’s hard to believe that we have already been open for a year. We remain committed to offering our guests the best possible experience when it comes to gaming, dining, and entertainment, while enhancing tourism and community growth.”

The anniversary starts January 31 with a concert by Aaron Lewis and the Stateliners. Tickets start at $63 and are available via Ticketmaster. Additional fees may apply. Guests must be 21 and older.

A Tribute to Freddie Mercury, featuring Fernando Castro, is February 6. The show is free and guests must be 21 and older. Castro was the first Freddie Mercury tribute artist to headline on the Las Vegas Strip.

Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino also will offer a handful of anniversary-related promotions:

The journey to the winner’s circle begins starts January 25. For every 25 Tier Credits earned, players will receive one entry into the casino’s anniversary celebration drawings. There is no limit to how many entries earned – players can increase odds by playing favorite games. Earn up to 100x the entries.

Each day played from February 2-5, players can earn 25x more entries than the day before. Entries multiply more each day with more play.
