Was running ultimate Royale matches, and found this item called medicated oil.
It seems like you can only find it in hospital and It gives you full boost bar in 5 seconds and takes up no bag space.
I found this strange since there are no special items in ultimate Royale.
Is this by design or an error by the game developers.
