I live in a country that doesn't have a Zotac "agency", but only distributors. I contacted Zotac, and here's what happens:

  • Zotac says I should contact the seller and "they know what to do"

  • The seller says "we warranty only for 1 year, contact Zotac"

And I'm lost in between. Please advise.

The only solution I have left is to repair it myself… besides never buying Zotac again.

Edit: Clarification: The product is still under extended warranty from Zotac (can confirm on their website by serial number). But the shop says "1 year" because they're obligated by law where I live to warranty electronics for 1 year. After that they don't care
