Kim Jae Hoon is the first character set to join Season 2 of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. In the next few months, we’ll also begin getting access to Nightmare Geese, Blue Mary, Krauser and two mystery characters.
As this is the start of a new season, SNK is taking this as an opportunity to release their biggest patch for the game thus far. Needless to say, we’ll very likely see some major shifts in player tier lists with the release of this new update.
It’s worth noting that, Chun-Li and Mr. Big were the latest DLC characters to join the Fatal Fury roster. Due to this, SNK doesn’t seem to be quite ready to make major adjustments to their kits yet, so they’ve seemingly received the least number of changes.
Hotaru, Hokutomaru and Kain have been extremely dominant in the tournament scene since the game was released. All three of these fighters have long lists of changes, so it’s possible that SNK has finally decided to bring these three to be more inline with the rest of the roster.
Meanwhile, it’s been said that Tizoc is so weak that he is widely considered to be completely irrelevant. Hopefully all the buffs he has received will increase his viability in all levels of play.
As mentioned before, this is an enormous patch that is likely to drastically change the meta for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. All 22 characters received some adjustments to their kits.
