I know its very difficult and pretty much impossible to find any information on how to overclock this device so here's how i went about overclocking my Alienware M16 R1 AMD sense the bios is locked.
I did a complete fresh uninstall/reinstall of my nvidia driver using DDU and NVslimmer.
I used MSI Afterburner for the GPU and Universal x86 for the CPU.
I deleted all alienware apps and dell apps using revo uninstaller, replaced AWCC with the ttroll version of fx alien to customize my rbg, it also has fan control along with XMP, TCC and Power settings.
Went into the bios and enabled overclocking lvl 2 leaving PBO on auto.
Found for myself (and this will very on your personal silicon) in MSI Afterburner an overclock flattened out in the curve editor of 5700hz at 0.975V was stable.
In Universal x86 an undervolt of -35 was stable. To get lower temps i adjusted the Slow Power Limit to 85W and the Fast Power Limit to 95W, everything else in universal x86 left untouched.
