Alex’s teaser trailer for Street Fighter 6 was released earlier this month. As many fans already know, Alex is scheduled to be the next character released for the Season 3 lineup sometime in early Spring 2026.
Like with other teaser trailers, this only provided a little bit of context on how players will be able to meet the upcoming DLC fighter in the World Tour mode. Details about how Alex will perform during gameplay are still extremely scarce at the moment.
However, it would seem that this is about to change. According to Capcom, they are planning to unveil Alex’s gameplay trailer later today at 3:00 p.m. PT / 6:00 p.m. ET.
“The Dark Devil comes down with great wrath, because he knows your time is short,” declared Capcom over on X. “The Alex Gameplay Trailer premieres [today] at 3:00 p.m. PT.”
This fits with Capcom’s recent modus operandi of simply dropping gameplay trailers on random days rather than saving them for big events. In recent years, major tournaments such as the Capcom Cup only provided fans that spectated with information pertaining to future eSports events.
Regardless, Capcom has provided a link to the YouTube video. Once the appointed time arrives, fans will be able to watch Alex’s gameplay trailer as it happens live.
