So i was trying to escape the spaceport by jumping and climbing around and out of it (as you do), and when I hopped on to the overhang, I found this little dude drawn on a pillar.
When I looked at him, my screen glitches so I thought it might be a hidden quest or something but I got nothing. Also thought it might just be a little reference to CDPR's logo, but im unsure.
So anyone know what this?
