MONDAY, JAN. 19
Saddle River Day at No. 14 St. Thomas Aquinas, 11
These two teams meet in a non-conference matchup for the fourth time since 2017 and first time since 2023. Saddle River Day, which has won all three previous meetings, is 8-5 and 4-1 in the NJIC Colonial Division. The Rebels have won five of their last six with a loss to Glen Rock on Jan. 12. St. Thomas Aquinas, which is 14-3 and 10-0 in the Greater Middlesex Conference Red American Division, has won eight-straight games since losing two-straight against St. Mary’s Manhasset (NY) and then-No. 8 Westfield.
No. 2 St. John Vianney at No. 3 Gloucester Catholic, 1
St. John Vianney and Gloucester Catholic meet in a non-conference matchup for the fourth time since 2014 and first time since 2016 when the Lancers beat the Rams in the South, Non-Public A final. St. John Vianney, which has won all three previous meetings, is 11-2 and 3-1 in the Shore Conference A North Division. The Lancers had a five-game win streak snapped on Saturday with an eight-point loss to Ontario Christian (CA), ranked No. 1 in the country by ESPN. Gloucester Catholic, which is 10-2 and 4-0 in the Tri-County Conference Royal Division, has won three-straight since a one-point loss to No. 1 Red Bank Catholic on Jan. 11.
Egg Harbor at Bishop Eustace, 3
Egg Harbor brings a 12-3 overall record and a six-game winning streak into this MLK Classic game, and will be looking for its first victory over an Olympic Conference opponent after previously losing to Shawnee and Eastern. The Cape-Atlantic League squad is led by a talented trio of sophomores: Siena Jaworski, Elaina Kraybill and Evalyn Brown. Bishop Eustace is 8-6 against one of the toughest schedules around, which doesn’t get any easier: After Egg Harbor, the Crusaders face No. 2 St. John Vianney on Saturday.
Jefferson at Madison, 4
Jefferson and Madison meet in an NJAC cross-divisional matchup for the first time this season. Madison, which has won three of the last five against Jefferson dating back to 2023, is 8-3 and 3-1 in the Liberty Division. Madison has won two-straight and three of its last four against Hanover Park, Mountain Lakes and Montville and a loss to Morristown. Jefferson, which is 8-2 and 5-0 in the Freedom Division, had a four-game win streak snapped with a loss to Sparta on Saturday.
West Morris at Morris Hills, 4
West Morris and Morris Hills meet in an NJAC National Division showdown for the second time this season after the Scarlet Knights defeated the Wolfpack 60-38 back on Dec. 16. Morris Hills, which is 5-6 and 3-3 in the division, has won two-straight and three of the last four against West Morris dating back to 2024. The Scarlet Knights have gone 2-2 in their last four games with wins over Sparta and Mount Olive and losses against Demarest and Montville. West Morris, which is 6-6 and 2-4 in the division, has gone 1-3 in its last four games with a win over Villa Walsh and losses against Sparta, West Essex and Parsippany Hills.
St. Rose at Rumson-Fair Haven, 5:30
These two Shore Conference A North Division foes meet for the first time since 2024. St. Rose, which is 3-8 and 1-3 in the division, has won three-straight over the Bulldogs and four of the last five dating back to 2021. The Purple Roses have gone 2-2 in their last four games with wins over Red Bank Regional and Colts Neck and losses against No. 14 St. Thomas Aquinas and No. 2 St. John Vianney. Rumson-Fair Haven, which is 11-3 and 1-3 in the division, snapped a two-game losing streak against No. 1 Red Bank Catholic and No. 9 Manasquan with a win over Brick Township on Saturday.
Jarel Lowry Showcase at Paterson Eastside
Colonia vs. Passaic Tech, 10
Colonia and Passaic Tech meet in a non-conference matchup for the first time since 2016. Colonia is undefeated at 12-0 and is 8-0 atop the GMC Red National Division. The Patriots have won all three of their non-conference games so far against Montville, Montclair and Kearny. Passaic Tech, which is 8-3 and 3-0 in the Big North Conference, has won six-straight games since losing two-straight against Northern Highlands and Kearny back in December.
No. 11 West Orange vs. No. 8 DePaul, 4
Undefeated DePaul (8-0) is set to meet West Orange (11-2) in a Top 20 matchup. This will be DePaul’s first real test of the season. Led by Giovanna Burress, Angelyn Almonte, Mayay Morrison and Breya Le Tennier, DePaul has breezed through its schedule so far, with one close game against Glen Rock. West Orange has been battle tested, having won against Old Tappan, Gill St. Bernard’s, Saddle River Day, Ewing, Glen Ridge, University, Immaculate Heart and Westfield. Its two losses are to Caldwell and Morris Catholic. Expect a lot of transition opportunities on both sides as each team likes to get out and run.
Arts vs. Teaneck, 5:30
Teaneck started out the year 1-4, but has won four out of its last five games, including a win against then-No. 17 Bayonne at the Showdown in the 6ix Showcase. Lexi Carnegie, Sydney Ayala, Aniya Celestin, Jordyn Taylor and Jillian Carter are some names to keep an eye on for the Highwaywomen, which has played a tough schedule early on against the likes of Manasquan, Immaculate Heart, Red Bank Catholic and St. Rose. Arts will be looking to win another big matchup against one of the better teams in the state. The Jaguars won the Newark Public Schools Holiday Tournament in December and own other wins against Chatham and Caldwell. Arts is led by transfers Nilah Rivera and Niaja Troutman and key returners Harmoni Burgess, Iyanah Lafontant.
University vs. Paterson Eastside, 7
University and Paterson Eastside meet for the first time in recent memory in the final game of the Jarel Lowry Showcase. University, which is 7-5 and 2-3 in the SEC American Division, has won two-straight over Plainfield and Mount St. Dominic after losing three in a row against then-No. 17 Bayonne, Caldwell and then-No. 9 West Orange. Paterson Eastside, which is 8-4 and 3-0 in the Big North Liberty Division, has won two-straight over Bergen Tech and Paramus Catholic after losing two in a row against Old Tappan and then-No. 16 Immaculate Heart.
TUESDAY, JAN. 20
West Side at Shabazz, 4
West Side and Shabazz are set to meet in a key Super Essex Conference National Division clash as both teams are 5-0 in the division. Shabazz might have a slight leg up as it owns a win over American History by one point, a team that West Side lost to by 20. However, West Side swept both games against Shabazz last season, though Shabazz swept West Side in the 2023-24 campaign. This one could go either way.
Teaneck at Old Tappan, 4:15
These two Big North National Division opponents meet for the first time this season. Teaneck, which has won four-straight over Old Tappan dating back to 2024, is 5-5 and 2-1 in the division. The Highwaywomen have won three-straight over Bayonne, Tenafly and Hackensack and have won four of their last five since starting the season 1-4. Old Tappan, which is 8-2 and 2-1 in the division, had a six-game win streak snapped with a one-point, overtime loss to No. 17 Demarest on Thursday.
Kearny at Snyder, 4:30
Snyder, which won both matchups against Kearny by 20 or more points, is coming off a win against Hudson Catholic at home. The Tigers are powered by a three-headed monster of Taleiyah Smith, Jadasia Davis and Javaeh Agosto. Kearny, though, leads the way in the National Division of the Hudson County Interscholastic Athletic League. It is guided by Makayla David and Mariel Ruiz, two 1,000-point scorers. The Kardinals also notched a big win over Hudson Catholic earlier this season. While the last couple games haven’t gone Kearny’s way against Snyder, the Kardinals have been playing like a team who can keep it competitive as they are 11-1 on the season.
Pennsauken at Cinnaminson, 5:15
Pennsauken will be the underdog for this game, but it has the scoring to potentially keep up with the well-coached Pirates. Kimora Truitt is one of the Burlington County Scholastic League’s top players. Cinnaminson’s lone loss this season was to red-hot Cherry Hill West in the SBIJT. Cinnaminson is powered by Gabby Harvey, Shiloh Moore and Norah Quinn.
Colts Neck at No. 15 Trinity Hall, 5:30
Colts Neck and Trinity Hall meet in a key Shore Conference B North Division showdown. Trinity Hall, which has won five-straight over Colts Neck dating back to 2021, is 10-3 and 3-1 in the division. The Monarchs, which started the season 9-1, have gone 1-2 in their last three games with losses against No. 2 St. John Vianney and Howell and a win over Wall. Colts Neck, which is also 10-3 and 4-0 atop the division, had an eight-game win streak snapped with a loss to St. Rose on Saturday.
No. 9 Manasquan at No. 1 Red Bank Catholic, 5:30
These two Shore Conference A North Division foes meet for the first time since last season when Red Bank Catholic defeated Manasquan in the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals. Red Bank Catholic, which has won three of the last five against the Warriors dating back to 2022, is 12-1 and 4-0 atop the division. The Caseys have won six-straight since a loss to Long Island Lutheran (NY) on Jan. 4. Manasquan, which is 12-1 and 3-1 in the division, suffered its first loss of the season against St. John Vianney last Tuesday but rebounded with a win over Rumson-Fair Haven on Thursday.
No. 12 Westfield at Plainfield, 5:30
These two Union County Conference Watchung Division foes meet for the second time this season after Westfield defeated Plainfield 55-43 back on Dec. 18. Westfield, which is 10-3 and 6-1 in the division, has won three-straight over Plainfield and four of the last five dating back to 2024. The Blue Devils snapped a three-game losing streak against the likes of West Orange, New Providence and Franklin with a win over Cranford on Saturday. Plainfield, which is 6-7 and 2-4 in the division, has lost three-straight against University, Union Catholic and New Providence after winning four in a row.
Bridgewater-Raritan at Watchung Hills, 5:30
The Raritan Division of the Skyland Conference can seemingly be won by anybody this season and Bridgewater-Raritan and Watchung Hills are set to play for the first time. Watchung Hills is 3-0 within the division thus far with wins over Montgomery, Ridge and Phillipsburg. Bridgewater-Raritan is 2-3 with wins over Hunterdon Central and Phillipsburg.
Johnson at Elizabeth, 5:30
These two UCC Mountain Division foes meet for the second time this season after Johnson defeated Elizabeth 53-30 back on Dec. 18. Elizabeth, which is 9-3 and 3-2 in the division, has won seven-straight games after starting the season 2-3. Johnson, which snapped a three-game losing streak to Elizabeth with the win in December, remains undefeated at 10-0 and is 6-0 atop the division.
Union Catholic at Cranford, 5:30
Union Catholic and Cranford meet in a UCC Watchung Division matchup for the second time this season after the Cougars picked up a one-point win, 35-34, on Dec. 18. Cranford, which has won four-straight over Union Catholic dating back to 2022, is 8-6 and 3-4 in the division. The Cougars had a four-game win streak snapped with a loss to Westfield on Saturday. Union Catholic, which is 6-5 and 3-2 in the division, has won three-straight over Dayton, Plainfield and Roselle Catholic.
Atlantic City at Hammonton, 5:30
Hammonton, the first-place team in the Cape-Atlantic League National Division, and second-place Atlantic City meet for the second time this season. Hammonton prevailed 49-37 in the first matchup back on Dec. 18, and the Blue Devils have done nothing but win in the month since. They are 12-0 overall and 6-0 in the division following an exciting 56-55 victory over Ocean City on Friday. Atlantic City, which has lost two straight, is 8-6 overall and 5-1 in the division and needs a win to stay in the race.
Moorestown at Middle Township, 5:30
Moorestown is in the midst of an extremely challenging stretch that began with a loss to Olympic Conference Patriot Division rival Cherry Hill West on Saturday. Next up for the 9-3 Quakers is a trip to Cape May Court House to take on the three-time defending South Jersey, Group 2 champions in an SJIBT game. They also face No. 6 Paul VI, No. 9 Manasquan, No. 1 Red Bank Catholic and No. 16 Lenape over the next two weeks. Middle rebounded from its first loss of the season against Our Lady of Mercy on Wednesday with a 39-29 win over Mainland on Friday, improving to 11-1.
Kingsway at Washington Township, 5:30
Kingsway has rebounded nicely from a three-game losing streak against Eastern, Middle Township and Gloucester Catholic by winning its last five games, all by at least 18 points. The Dragons, who are 9-4 overall and 3-2 in the Tri-County Conference Royal Division, are looking for a season sweep of Washington Township after beating the Minutemaids 35-28 on Dec. 18. Township is coming off a 2-1 week in which it defeated Clearview and Williamstown but dropped a non-conference game to Egg Harbor. The Minutemaids are 8-4 overall, 3-2 in the Royal.
Pennsville at Glassboro, 5:30
First place in the Tri-County Conference Diamond Division will be on the line in this matchup, as Pennsville seeks to hold onto sole possession and Glassboro strives for force a tie atop the standings. Pennsville won the first meeting this year 50-35 on Dec. 18 and is 7-4 overall, 5-0 in the division. Glassboro had a seven-game winning streak snapped on Saturday against Our Lady of Mercy and is 9-4, 4-1.
Toms River South at Southern, 6:30
Southern and Toms River South meet in a key Shore Conference B South Division tilt. Southern, which has won five-straight over Toms River South dating back to 2022, is 9-2 and 4-0 in the division. The Rams have won six-straight after starting the season 3-2. Toms River South, which is also 9-2 and 4-0 in the division, has also won six-straight after starting the season 3-2.
Ramapo at Ramsey, 7
Ramapo and Ramsey meet in a Big North cross-divisional matchup for the first time since Ramapo defeated Ramsey in the Bergen County Tournament Round of 16 last season. Ramapo, which is 10-2 and 4-0 atop the Freedom Division, has won five-straight over Ramsey dating back to 2018. The Raiders have won five-straight games since a loss to University on Jan. 3. Ramsey, which is 9-2 and 2-2 in the Patriot Division, has won four-straight over Wayne Hills, Pascack Hills, Indian Hills and Hasbrouck Heights.
Paramus at Ridgewood, 7
These two Big North Conference opponents meet in a cross-divisional matchup for the first time this season. Ridgewood, which has won five-straight over Paramus dating back to 2023, is 8-3 and 2-1 in the Freedom Division. The Maroons have won two-straight over Pascack Valley and Newton (CT) and four of their last five. Paramus, which only won six games last year, is off to an 11-3 start and is 1-2 in the Freedom Division. The Spartans have gone 2-2 in their last four games with wins over Dumont and Hackensack and losses against Ramapo and Northern Highlands.
Haddon Township at Haddonfield, 7
Haddon Township defeated Haddonfield by 20 points in their first meeting of the season in December, but the Bulldawgs have been finding their groove since then. Haddonfield is 9-3 on the year with wins over Our Lady of Mercy, Audubon, Woodbury and Collingswood. Sara Guveiyian and Harper Fasolo, Haddonfield’s two leading scorers, were held to single digits in the last matchup. Haddon Township, which has two out of the last three meetings with Haddonfield, is guided by Kiersten Callahan., Kaitlyn Martin and Julianna Martin who all scored in double figures back in December when the two teams played.
Immaculata at Voorhees, 7
Voorhees and Immaculata are both in the running in the Valley division of the Skyland Conference. Each team will be taking aim at a key win to keep pace with the likes of Bernards and Somerville. Voorhees has beaten Immaculata in all five games since 2013 including back in mid-December, 56-45. Immaculata had a recent four-game winning streak snapped at Bernards on Thursday. Voorhees has lost three games in a row after starting the season 7-0.
Bound Brook at Belvidere, 7
Belvidere is set to host Bound Brook in prime time. Belvidere will be aiming to knock-off Skyland Conference – Mountain division leader Bound Brook behind Natalie Sroka, Leah Wilson and Ashley Losco among others. Bound Brook’s lone loss this season was to Union County at the end of December. The Peytan Pugh-led Crusaders have beaten the likes of Columbia, Pope John, Roselle Catholic and Lawrence. Bound Brook beat Belvidere at the beginning of the season, 53-30.
No. 6 Paul VI at Camden Catholic, 7
Paul VI has not lost to an Olympic Conference National Division opponent since 2020, and its winning streak against Camden Catholic goes back even further, to 2019. The Eagles did receive a challenge from Bishop Eustace last week, but pulled away after a tight first half for a 66-45 victory to improve to 8-0 overall and 2-0 in the National Division. The Irish had their nine-game winning streak snapped by No. 3 Gloucester Catholic and enter the week at 11-2 overall, 2-0 in the National.
WEDNESDAY, JAN. 21
Hasbrouck Heights at Eastern Christian, 4
These two NJIC Meadowlands Division teams meet for the second time this season after Hasbrouck Heights beat Eastern Christian 56-49 on Dec. 22. Hasbrouck Heights, which has won three of the last four against Eastern Christian dating back to 2024, is 6-7 and 4-1 in the division. The Aviators have gone 1-3 in their last four games with a win over Cresskill and losses against Secaucus, Leonia and Ramsey. Eastern Christian, which is 7-3 and also 4-1 in the division, has won seven-straight games since starting the season 0-3.
Southern at Toms River East, 5
These two Shore Conference opponents meet in a cross-divisional matchup for the first time this season. Toms River East, which has won four of the last five against Southern dating back to 2022, is 8-3 and 3-0 in the A South Division. The Raiders have won five-straight games since starting the season 3-3. Southern, which last beat Toms River East in 2024, is averaging 47 points per game and is riding a six-game win streak.
Lawrence at Princeton Day, 5:30
Princeton Day and Lawrence are set to play for first place in the Valley Division of the Colonial Valley Conference. Princeton Day is 3-0 and Lawrence is 4-0. PDS and Lawrence have gone back and forth over the years. Lawrence has won three of the last five, though PDS won last season by 31 points. Amber Wooding, Claire Gorczynski and Kayla Williams pace the Cardinals, while the Panthers are led by Alana Williams, Sophia Rae Barber and Nica Martin.
Chatham at Pope John, 7
These two NJAC American Division foes meet for the second time this season after Pope John defeated Chatham 42-39 back on Dec. 18. Pope John, which is 10-2 and 5-0 atop the division, snapped a four-game losing streak against the Cougars dating back to 2023 with that victory. The Lions are currently riding a seven-game win streak after a loss to Ridgewood back on Dec. 28. Chatham, which is 5-9 and 3-3 in the division, has gone 2-2 in its last four games with wins over Morristown and Mendham and losses against Manasquan and Morris Knolls.
THURSDAY, JAN. 22
Brearley at Roselle Park, 4
These two UCC Valley Division opponents meet for the second time this season after Brearley defeated Roselle Park 51-39 back on Dec. 20. Brearley, which has won three of the last five against Roselle Park dating back to 2023, is 7-1 and 5-0 atop the division. Junior Georgia Sode leads a team that has only lost to Bernards and has won four-straight games. Roselle Park, which is 8-2 and 2-1 in the division, has been led by senior Sidney Smith, who is fifth in the state in scoring. The Panthers have won three-straight since a loss to Johnson on Jan. 6.
Glen Ridge at University, 4
Two teams from the Super Essex Conference – American division are set to play in Newark. Glen Ridge has won the last four games against University including back in December, 52-37. University, the Newark Public Schools Holiday Tournament runner-up, currently holds a three-game winning streak against Plainfield, Mount St. Dominic and Paterson Eastside. Glen Ridge has two of its last three.
Audubon at Woodbury, 4
Audubon and Woodbury are set to meet in a cross-divisional contest in the Colonial Conference. Woodbury has had Audubon’s number over the years, scoring at least 73 points in four games in a row. But at 8-3, Audubon has a chance to pick off a solid team from the Liberty division. Woodbury is 7-4 as well.
East Brunswick at Hillsborough, 5:30
This is an interesting Group 4 battle. East Brunswick is 11-3 with two of its three losses coming to ranked St. Thomas Aquinas. Ava Catanho and the Bears have been able to score at will against anybody not named STA. Hillsborough has won five games in a row since a setback to Franklin. A balanced team, Hillsborough has downed the likes of Thrive Charter, Princeton Day, Ewing, Montgomery, Hunterdon Central and Pingry. Hillsborough beat East Brunswick in last year’s Central, Group 4 quarterfinals.
Red Bank Regional at Rumson-Fair Haven, 5:30
Red Bank Regional and Rumson-Fair Haven meet in a Shore Conference A North Division showdown for the second time this season after Rumson-Fair Haven won the first meeting 39-36 back on Jan. 5. Red Bank Regional, which is 6-5 and 0-4 in the division, is currently in the midst of a five-game losing streak after starting the season 6-0. Rumson-Fair Haven has won two-straight over Red Bank Regional and three of the last five meetings dating back to 2024.
No. 2 St. John Vianney at No. 1 Red Bank Catholic, 5:30
The top two teams in the state are set to meet for the second time after Red Bank Catholic beat St. John Vianney 62-51 back on Jan. 6. Red Bank Catholic, which is riding a six-game win streak, has won four-straight over the Lancers dating back to 2024. St. John Vianney is averaging 66 points a game and is coming off a loss against Ontario Christian (CA) on Saturday.
Cedar Creek at Pleasantville, 5:30
If the second meeting between these teams this season is anything like the first, it will be a treat for any fans in attendance. Cedar Creek overcame a combined 50 points from Pleasantville’s Jewel White and Janderlys Reyes to earn a 55-54 win on Dec. 22. The Pirates are on a four-game winning streak and are 8-2 overall, 6-0 in the Cape-Atlantic League United Division. Pleasantville has reeled off six straight victories following an 0-6 start and is also 4-2 in the division. Reyes has a chance to reach the 1,000-point milestone as well, as she comes into Tuesday’s game at Bridgeton 30 points shy of the mark.
Egg Harbor at Mainland, 5:30
It’s usually an entertaining game when these Cape-Atlantic League American Division foes square off. The first matchup this season was tied through three quarters before Egg Harbor pulled away for a 50-42 victory. The 12-3 Eagles will look for a season sweep and their third straight win in the series when they head to Lindwood to take on the 8-5 Mustangs, who have been competitive against a challenging schedule.
No. 8 DePaul at No. 18 Immaculate Heart, 7
DePaul and Immaculate Heart meet in a key Big North United Division showdown as both teams are 2-0 atop the division. Immaculate Heart, which has won five-straight over DePaul dating back to 2023, is 10-3 and has won two-straight since a 10-point loss to West Orange on Jan. 10. DePaul, which is averaging 71 points a game, is undefeated at 8-0 and is coming off a win over Paramus Catholic on Thursday.
Ramsey at Westwood, 7
Ramsey and Westwood meet in a Big North Patriot Division showdown for the first time this season. Westwood, which is 8-3 and 3-1 in the division, has won four-straight games over Ramsey dating back to 2024. The Cardinals have won four-straight games since a loss to River Dell on Jan. 8. Ramsey, which is 2-2 in the division, is riding a four-game win streak since losing to River Dell and Mahwah.
River Dell at Ramapo, 7
These two Big North Conference opponents meet in a cross-divisional matchup for just the third time since 2021. Ramapo, which has won both previous meetings, has only two losses this season against Bishop Eustace and University. River Dell, which is 8-2 and 3-1 in the Patriot Division, had a five-game win streak snapped with a 10-point loss to Mahwah on Thursday.
FRIDAY, JAN. 23
Princeton Day at Princeton, 4
The Tigers are set to host the Panthers in this Colonial Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup. Princeton Day last beat Princeton in March of 2021 when the teams played on consecutive days in a home-and-home. Princeton is one of the hottest teams in the league, winning games against Thrive Charter, Robbinsville, Notre Dame and Lawrence of late. Princeton Day has improved and is 9-4 after going 3-16 just two years ago. Alana Willliams is a freshman to watch for the Panthers while Princeton is led by senior Anna Winters.
Parsippany Hills at Morris Hills, 4
These two NJAC National Division opponents meet for the second time this season after Parsippany Hills won 51-50 back on Jan. 5. Parsippany Hills, which snapped a four-game losing streak to Morris Hills dating back to 2022 with the victory, is 8-4 and 4-2 in the division. The Vikings are currently riding a three-game win streak against Whippany Park, Montville and West Morris. Morris Hills, which is 3-3 in the division, has been led by senior Nicole Rivera (14.4 ppg.) so far this season.
Chatham at No. 15 Trinity Hall, 5:30
These two teams meet in a non-conference showdown for just the second time since 2024 when Trinity Hall beat Chatham 56-49. Chatham, which is 5-9 and 3-3 in the NJAC American Division, has gone 2-5 in its last seven games with wins over division opponents Morristown and Mendham. Trinity Hall, which is 10-3 and 3-1 in the Shore Conference B North Division, has lost its three games against Howell and Top 20 teams Manasquan and St. John Vianney.
Bridgeton at Cumberland, 5:30
Bridgeton has recovered from a 1-5 start and is now closing in on a .500 record at 5-6 thanks to a three-game winning streak. At 6-8, Cumberland is in contention for the program’s first winning season in 10 years, and the Colts’ first victory over Bridgeton since 2018 would be a big step in that direction.

This is the second-straight NJIC Meadowlands Division game in a row for Eastern Christian this week and it will go a long way in deciding the division as the Eagles, Secaucus and Hasbrouck Heights are all 4-1. Eastern Christian, which is 7-3, has won two of the last three games against Secaucus dating back to 2018 and won the most recent matchup 53-50 on Jan. 5. Secaucus, which is 9-4, has won four-straight over Elmwood Park, Hasbrouck Heights, Garfield and Becton.

West Essex at Verona, 10
These two Essex County teams already played at the West Essex Area Holiday Tournament in December. West Essex won the contest at Caldwell, 42-38. West Essex has won the last three games over Verona, though Verona won the previous two dating back to 2023.
Haddonfield at Central Regional, 10
Haddonfield and Central Regional meet in a non-conference matchup for the first time in recent memory. Haddonfield, which is 10-3 and 3-2 in the Colonial Conference Liberty Division, snapped a six-game win streak with a two-point loss to Haddon Heights on Thursday, but rebounded with a win over Ocean City on Saturday. Central Regional, which is 9-2 and 4-0 in the Shore Conference C South Division, had a seven-game win streak snapped with a loss to Toms River South on Friday.
Wayne Valley at Lyndhurst, 11
Wayne Valley and Lyndhurst meet in a non-conference showdown for the first time in recent memory. Wayne Valley, which is 4-7 and 1-2 in the Big North Independence Division, has gone 1-2 in its last three games with a win over Passaic Valley and losses against Fair Lawn and Kinnelon. Lyndhurst, which is 5-5 and 3-1 in the NJIC Patriot Division, has gone 2-2 in its last four games with wins over Bogota and Manchester Regional and losses against North Arlington and Kearny.
Piscataway at Middlesex, 11:30
These two GMC opponents meet in a cross-divisional matchup for the first time this season. Middlesex, which is 7-6 and 4-4 in the Red National Division, has won four-straight games over Piscataway dating back to 2018. The Blue Jays snapped a three-game losing streak with a win over Edison on Saturday. Piscataway, which is 6-6 and 4-5 in the Red American Division, has gone 2-2 in its last four games with wins over Monroe and South Brunswick and losses against St. Thomas Aquinas and East Brunswick.
Rumson-Fair Haven at Neptune, 11:30
This game will be a big test for Neptune, which remains undefeated at 8-0 and is 4-0 atop the Shore Conference A Central Division. The Scarlet Fliers, which are averaging 53 points a game, have lost four-straight games against Rumson-Fair Haven dating back to 2012. Last year, Neptune only lost by six, 49-43. Rumson-Fair Haven, which started the season 8-0, has gone 3-3 in its last six games with three Top 20 losses against St. John Vianney, Red Bank Catholic and Manasquan.
No. 3 Gloucester Catholic at No. 6 Paul VI, 12
This battle for South Jersey supremacy should be a fun one in front of a packed house. The two schools met twice last year, with Paul VI taking both: 47-42 in the regular season and 45-26 in the SJIBT championship game. Before that, their last previous matchup was a 66-42 victory for Gloucester Catholic back in 2019. The No. 3 Rams are 10-2, with the only losses by six to Archbishop Carroll (PA) and by one to No. 1 Red Bank Catholic. The No. 6 Eagles are 8-0, with their closest game being a four-point win over Neumann Goretti (PA).
Ramapo at No. 12 Westfield, 12
These two teams meet in a non-conference matchup for just the second time since 2024 when Ramapo beat Westfield by two, 40-38. Ramapo, which is 10-2 and 4-0 atop the Big North Freedom Division, will also face Mahwah, Ramsey and River Dell this week. Westfield, which is 10-3 and 6-1 in the UCC Watchung Division, started the season 9-0 before losing three-straight. The Blue Devils, which are averaging 49 points a game, are coming off a win over Cranford on Saturday.
No. 16 Lenape at No. 1 Red Bank Catholic, 1
Lenape and Red Bank Catholic meet for just the third time since 2020 and first time since 2023. Red Bank Catholic, which won both previous meetings, is 12-1 and 4-0 atop the Shore Conference A North Division. The Caseys are averaging over 58 points per game this season with Top 20 wins over Immaculate Heart, Rutgers Prep, Teaneck, St. John Vianney and Gloucester Catholic. Lenape, which is 10-2 and 3-0 in the Olympic Conference American Division, is riding a four-game win streak since losing to Gloucester Catholic on Jan. 8.
No. 11 West Orange vs. No. 20 Bayonne, 3:30
Union City and the Joey O. Showcase plays host for this high quality North Jersey matchup. Bayonne and West Orange have played five times since 2018. Bayonne won two of the last three games including the last three by six points, though West Orange has taken three of five overall. West Orange is led by Rhyan Watt and London Caldwell, while Bayonne is headlined by freshman Sophia Feeney and Tatyanna Watson.

St. Rose at Franklin, 4:40
Franklin is set to host St. Rose at the More Than A Highlight Showcase. These two teams have gone head-to-head five times in recent seasons. Franklin bested St. Rose in the 2018 and 2019 Tournament of Championships semifinals, but the Purple Roses have beaten the Warriors two out of the last three games including with the last coming in 2024. Franklin is starting to turn the corner of late with wins over Pingry, Hillsborough, Morristown, Saddle River Day and Westfield. St.Rose has played arguably the toughest in-state schedule than any other team. The Purple Roses only have a couple wins, but they have faced nine NJ.com Top 20 teams this year.
No. 5 Morris Catholic vs. No. 2 St. John Vianney, 6
Morris Catholic and St. John Vianney meet in a non-conference matchup for the first time this season. Morris Catholic, which is 10-3 and 4-0 in the NJAC Liberty Division, has won the last two meetings against St. John Vianney dating back to 2024. The Crusaders are riding a seven-game win streak since losing two-straight against South Shore (NY) and Long Island Lutheran (NY). This game caps a rough week for St. John Vianney, which has games against Gloucester Catholic, Red Bank Regional, Red Bank Catholic and Bishop Eustace.
