I’m reaching out because I’m stuck in a nightmare. My PUBG Mobile account (original owner) was stolen after my Gmail was hacked back in April 2024. I managed to get my email back, but the hacker already changed all the links to their own.
I have everything to prove it’s mine:
Original Nickname: pluxgen
Last login: I have the exact timestamp from the security email — 2024/04/26 at 19:39:51 (UTC+0).
Rare Items: I have the M416 Glacier skin.
The most frustrating part:
I’ve tried to use the in-game "Account Recovery" tool, but it keeps giving me the error: "Unusual activity detected in your current environment. Please submit the application from your primary device".
The problem is, I don't have my old device anymore. I’m on a new device now, and the system won't even let me send the form to the developers.
Has anyone dealt with this "Environment Error" before? Is there any way to get a manual review? I have all the "birth" email logs and system notifications. I just want my account back
