A project that was supposed to last a month or two ended up taking 7 months.
It works by clicking the extension icon while you're on the product page of Amazon, Newegg or Best Buy (.com versions), and it will bring up an overlay with video game performance.
If there is interest, I will add support for more stores and countries.
You can also highlight text on any site (e.g. ebay or other) -> right click -> Display Performance
The data is actual FPS that I checked manually, not algorithmic estimates. I'm still working on it, currently graphics cards have more "coverage" than processors.
The prices are crowdsourced, so the more people use it, the better the recommendations will be.
Works for CPU's, GPU's and full builds.
It's free and ad-free. Consider this a beta version 😀 I still have things to fix and improve. The v1.2 update is coming soon with fixes and more features.
