I just started to try to play pubg on my new computer. At first few times, match ended prematurely, but gracely, throwing errors like "BattlEye bad service version 3.9.2.1 77225F" (or once even "running other games with anticheat software aIong side pubg its not recomemded, as it may cause stabiIity issues")
But now, after countless reinstalls of pubg, battleye folder deletions, even reinstalled Windows twice (with and without data), updated drivers /bios etc etc, all that i can feasibly do under the sun,
The game stalls either on match loading screen, or I can get into the match but the countdown doesn't finish and it stalls there. And most times I can alttab out to windows but also sometimes everyhing i touch on Windows is unresponsive as well and I have to restart anyway (either hard power button restart or through windows)
The support has not been helpful so far because none of the steps provided have helped (and most of them I had already tried them previously)
I have browsed into Minidump, found https://i.imgur.com/jJveB6G.png which suggests something still incorrect with BattlEye. Also log starts with https://i.imgur.com/RjUtZR5.png which I don't know what to do with that info
Or LiveKernelReports https://i.imgur.com/gEGsZvB.png and https://i.imgur.com/pZEmwsn.png repectively. Why is it unable to load image? Because i can see that when i start pubg, the file is there
And I seem to be able to play other games (at least non-battleye games) just fine. And even Tarkov, which is BattlEye as well
My rig is quite enough for pubg – rtx5080, Ryzen 7 9800x3d, 32GB ram, Windows 11 Pro
Reddit is my last hope… 🙁
