my account with UID 5550509557 hacked, I have contacted customer service by email but there was no response, and I contacted Tencent directly but there was also no response, I am the legitimate owner of the account, have proof of top up and screenshot of account usage from the beginning until it was lost, screenshot of collector level 75 to the last 79 before my account was hacked and was topped up by hacker until now level 80, I'm having trouble recovering my account because the hacker recently top-up UC and account recovery failed.
