My cpu reaches 85-90C in some gams, need help underclocking

I am all new to even touch this kind of parameters. I wanted to underclock my cpu cos my cooler is not the best atm. I have an i7-12700kf with ddr5 rams and 5070ti. Any help on how to achieve this? I also don’t have xmp enabled
