A forever Bethesda employee has said that even if TES6 is as god as Skyrim, Bethesda will still receive hateful comments and death threats.
This got me thinking, what long-awaited sequel actually pleased fans?
My first thought was Alan Wake 2. Came out 13 years after the first. Most fans of the original love it and claim it to be far superior to the first (myself included).
