i know that its against steam TOS to sell steam accounts, however i saw a chinese account with dlore and stuff vac banned and that account sold for 1100 or 1200 usd afterwards, i did lost the source to share but i saw it on youtube and instagram so i wanted to ask about this. is there really some legit well known person who is selling these type of accounts? and yes i know but im interested ngl
